Privacy Notice

Effective August 14, 2026 · Version pilot-2026-07-24

This Pilot Privacy Notice describes the information NILORA handles, why it is used, and the safeguards and choices that apply during controlled product testing.

Pilot notice: This document is an operational draft for controlled product testing. Qualified counsel must review it before NILORA invites real participants or facilitates real compensation.

1. Information we collect

NILORA collects information you provide when creating an account, building a profile, requesting verification, communicating, applying to opportunities, managing a deal, submitting feedback, or contacting support.

  • Account details such as name, email address, role, and date of birth.
  • Athlete, guardian, business, school, sport, audience, and portfolio information.
  • Opportunity, application, offer, agreement, deliverable, disclosure, and manual payment records.
  • Messages, safety reports, verification records, notification settings, and administrator actions.
  • Technical and security information needed to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide role-appropriate accounts, verify participants, match eligible users, support structured partnerships, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, investigate reports, maintain audit records, improve the pilot, and comply with lawful obligations.

NILORA does not sell personal information. The pilot does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who can see information

Public or marketplace profiles display only information intended for discovery. Private contact information, guardian details, contracts, payment records, internal reports, and verification source material are not public.

Deal participants may access information needed for their partnership. A linked guardian may access authorized minor-athlete workflows. Authorized administrators may access information for verification, safety, support, compliance operations, and documented moderation.

Service providers may process limited information to provide hosting, authentication, storage, email, monitoring, and other platform operations under appropriate agreements.

4. Student-athletes and minors

The controlled pilot is not intended for children under 13. If NILORA learns that it collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without required authorization, the account will be restricted and the information reviewed for deletion.

Athletes under 18 require guardian oversight for transactions. We minimize minor contact information, restrict deal access, and provide reporting and administrator controls. Guardian consent and school or association approval may not be interchangeable; both may be required.

5. Verification and sensitive records

Verification may require identity, school affiliation, business authorization, social-account ownership, or guardian-relationship information. Sensitive source documents must be stored privately, accessed only for authorized review, and retained no longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and legal obligations.

Do not place banking credentials, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in profiles, messages, deliverable notes, or payment references.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably necessary for deals, safety, fraud prevention, audit history, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention periods will be finalized before real-user launch.

Users may request account access, correction, or deletion through the monitored support contact. Some records may be preserved when required for security, legal compliance, an active dispute, or protection of other participants.

7. Security

NILORA uses role-based access, database row-level security, private storage, encrypted network connections, account verification, audit records, and administrator controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should report suspicious activity promptly.

8. Privacy choices and rights

Users can control profile visibility and nonessential notification preferences. Depending on location and applicable law, users may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to receive equal service when exercising those rights.

A verified request process, response timeline, appeal process, and authorized-agent procedure must be finalized before real-user launch.

9. Changes and contact

When this notice materially changes, NILORA will publish a new version and provide notice or request renewed acknowledgment where appropriate. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to the monitored support contact provided during participant onboarding.
